«Fundamental rights and their direct effect on national labor law: The Italian and Chilean experience” was the title of the seminar inaugurated by the President of the Supreme Court, Sergio Muñoz, in the Hall of Honor at the Palacio de Tribunales on July 28th. In the framework of this important event, an agreement was presented and signed by the Ministry of Justice and the University of Bologna, Italy. Afterwards, Labor Law professor Andrea Lassandari, from the University of Bologna’s Law Faculty, gave a master class, which was interpreted from Italian into Spanish using the simultaneous interpretation services provided by MundoChile.
