Between March 31 and April 2, the first South American Conference on Human Papilloma Virus was held at Hotel Sheraton Santiago, Chile. The conference gathered specialists on human papilloma virus, who exchanged new information and experiences, and discussed the HPV research status and the impact of current strategies for prevention and control in the Southern Cone countries. The conference will promote further collaboration and strengthen the existing ones.
