In the seminar which was held in the O’Higgins Hall of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Under-Secretary noted that, \u00abnuclear disarmament and non-proliferation play a significant role in International Security in Foreign Multilateral Policy in Chile.\u00bb Under-Secretary Riveros added that, \u00absince the return to democracy, our country has displayed intense and permanent diplomatic action to support initiatives seeking to consolidate a world order based on law and cooperation first, and weapons second.\u00bb After the inauguration, there were a series of panels for discussion.
