Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited is the number one private professional services firm in the world, in terms of sales volume. It is the most important and prestigious in the world and also forms part of the so-called Big Four Accounting Firms, together with Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Ernst & Young, and KPMG.

Within its "2020 Strategy" - which considers the integration between Deloitte Chile and Deloitte Canada, formalized in 2016 – rather than geographic structures, the main areas of focus include the delivery of world-class, distinctive services to customers. Chile and Canada have much in common, such as their priority industries (the financial industry, mining, mass consumption and the public sector).

On December 10, a private meeting was held at the Deloitte Conference Center, where the future of the integrated firm (Chile and Canada) was discussed, and how both firms, which belong to a single business, should work aligned and with clear objectives. The newly appointed CEO and Chairman of the firm in Canada traveled to Chile to hold an interactive and dynamic session with the partners in Chile, during which there was open conversation, with questions and answers sessions.
